1. Make an appointment with Beacon Hospital by calling 012 700 5161 or emailing booking@beaconhospital.com.my.
2. Let Beacon Hospital’s staff know which health screening package you’d like to go for and that you are entitled for a special price as an employee of the Hong Leong Group.
3. Bring along your staff ID when you go for your appointment.

How to redeem for your spouse:

1. Download the template for the verification letter below.
2. Fill up the letter and have it verified and stamped by your HR representative.
3. Follow the steps below to book an appointment.
