We are looking for a Tax Manager for individuals who want to do more than operate within a structure. This role is for someone who wants to improve, build and create lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tax compliance including but not limited to reviewing corporate tax returns, transfer pricing documentation, SST returns, RPGT/CGT returns and any other tax-related submissions and ensure accurate and timely filing of the same.
• Manage / support any tax audit on companies under care.
• Support global tax compliance filing requirements, including Country-by-Country Reporting, Master File and BEPS Pillar Two.
• Proactively identify tax strategies/opportunities to manage overall tax position of companies under care
• Provide tax technical advisory and project planning support on business initiatives / corporate exercises.
• Monitor, keep abreast and prepare timely updates/reports on local and international tax developments, including assessing implications of new tax ruling/guidelines/legislation relevant to the Group’s operations.
• Strengthen tax governance, risk management and value creation by keeping policies, processes, documentation and controls current

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who combines professional depth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory preferably with exposure to group, regional or public-listed company environments.
• Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations, including BEPS and transfer pricing.
• Experience managing tax projects and working cross-functionally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
