Employment Status
You must be a permanent employee who has served in the current capacity for at least 24 months.
Performance
Do not have any disciplinary or performance issues in the past 12 months from the date of application.

How Your Application is Assessed
The application and selection process is designed to be fair, objective, and consistent, ensuring compliance with the Group’s Transfers and Recruitment policies.
Policy Compliance
Internal Mobility must adhere to the Group’s Transfers and Recruitment policies, ensuring consistent governance across subsidiaries.
Assessment
Your transfer is subject to a review process (assessment), and the receiving Division holds the discretion (the ability to make the final decision).
Fair Shortlisting
Decisions on who moves forward must be based strictly on the published criteria for the job, such as your competencies, experience, and performance indicators. This ensures that no bias, favoritism, or informal arrangements influence decisions.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Internal candidates must be evaluated holistically, looking at more than just immediate job fit. Assessors also consider your potential for growth, your learning ability, and how you align with the future talent needs of the Group.
Standard Process
All internal applicants must go through a standardized interview and evaluation process with clear documentation to ensure fairness and comparability.
Transfer Timeline
If you are successful and an agreement is reached with the new team, the transfer should happen no later than three (3) months from the date of that agreement.

Informing Your Manager
Your current line manager should be informed, but this will happen at the right stage and through the proper process. This is done to help plan for business continuity, but it must be executed in a way that is without penalizing or discouraging you.
