HLYM: Staff Price For Yamaha Motorcycles

Hong Leong Yamaha Motor is offering staff price for Yamaha motorcycles to Hong Leong Group employees. The staff prices are below the recommended retail prices (RRP) of Yamaha motorcycles of official Yamaha dealers.

Eligibility

  1. Employees must have served a minimum of one year at a Hong Leong Group company. 
  2. Employees must obtain a confirmation letter from their HR department to verify that they are Hong Leong staff.
  3. Please note that employees who are resigning or currently serving their notice period are not eligible for this offer.

Order Process

Email Nooraishah Mohd Khairi at nooraishah@yamaha-motor.com.my and provide the details below:

Payment Process

Hong Leong Group staff can pay with cash or obtain a bank loan. 

  1. Cash

Nooraishah will provide HLYM’s bank details for cash deposits. Employees must email her the bank receipt after their cash deposits are completed. 

  1. Loan

Employees will have to apply for a loan from Hong Leong Bank. Once the loan application is approved, they are required to provide the Hong Leong Bank loan undertaking letter to Nooraishah.

Collection Process

Nooraishah will inform Hong Leong Group employees via email of collection details when the motorcycle is ready.

  1. Employees in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: Collection from Yamaha Service Centre at Kompleks HLYM, Sungai Buloh. 
  1. Employees outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: Collection from an authorised Yamaha dealership, which will be communicated. 


Note: 

  1. Motorcycle collection/delivery may take up to three months upon order.
  2. HLYM only accepts bank loans from Hong Leong Bank.
  3. HLYM will handle vehicle registration and insurance coverage for employees. However, if employees would like special numbers for their motorcycles, they are required to undertake the registration process and payments themselves. Once they have obtained the special number from the Road Transport Department, they must provide the number to HLYM.
  4. For collection outside of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, employees will not be charged for any delivery costs.
