FA and REL Section Head

The role is responsible for leading and supporting daily Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (REL) activities to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality analysis and reporting. This includes supervising technicians, maintaining lab equipment, improving FA/REL methods, and working closely with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and strengthen product performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Materials, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in Failure Analysis, Reliability Testing, or Semiconductor QA/Engineering.
• Knowledge of semiconductor packages, failure mechanisms, FA tools (X-ray, SAM, SEM/EDX, CSAM, decap, cross-section, etc.), and reliability test methods (HTOL, UHAST, TC, HAST, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for internal and customer discussions.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.
