Who is entitle: 

  • Applicable for the purchase of one (1) unit per project, subject to the discretion of GLM’s management.
  • If the employee and his/her spouse are both eligible employees, they are entitled to the discount for two (2) units. However, discounts cannot be compounded on a single property.
  • If the employee, his/her spouse and children are all eligible employees, they are entitled to the discount for three (3) units. However, discounts cannot be compounded on a single property.
  • The mortgage housing loan must apply from Hong Leong Bank.
  • Where a project has multiple launches, the employee is eligible to purchase one (1) unit of each project, regardless of product type.

Discount Rate:

1) An eligible employee is entitled to a 3% discount on the net property purchase price.

2) Where other discounts (under other packages) have been granted, the employee property purchase discount shall be calculated on the purchase price after deducting those discounts.
