Columbia Asia: Executive Health Screening For Staff, Family for RM800


Columbia Asia Hospital has an exclusive health screening package just for Hong Leong employees and their dependents.

The Executive Health Screening is priced at RM800 and includes registration fees, consultation with a medical officer and light refreshments after your check-up.

What’s more, Columbia Asia Hospital Petaling Jaya will also be offering an additional stress test (worth RM600) as part of the executive screening. This special package is validthroughout the year until December 31, 2026.

  3. Let Columbia Asia know that you want to book the package for Hong Leong Group employees.
  4. Bring along your staff ID when you go for your appointment.

How to redeem for your dependents:

  1. Download the template for the verification letter below.
  2. Fill up the letter and have it verified and stamped by your HR representative.
  3. Follow the steps below to book an appointment.

Remember: Follow the hospital’s instructions on dos and donts before your health screening, such as fasting before your blood test. Screening results will not be available on the same day as it may take 24 to 48 hours. Please check with the hospital to schedule appointments with a medical officer for consultations on results.

*Note: Under Hong Leong’s policy, dependents are defined as legally married first wife and up to five children who are unmarried, not working, below 21 years old and not covered by their medical insurance.
