Columbia Asia: Flu Vax For RM70

You can protect yourself against the seasonal flu. Consider scheduling your annual flu protection with Columbia Asia Hospitals.

Hong Leong employees and their dependents can get flu vaccinations at RM70 per pax.

This special deal has been extended and is now valid until December 31, 2026.

This flu vaccination is entirely optional for you and your family. If you choose to have the vaccine, do note that you’ll have to pay for it out of pocket as it is not covered under your annual medical entitlements.

How to redeem for yourself:

1. Find the nearest Columbia Asia Hospital (except Columbia Asia Extended Care – Shah Alam) to you that offers the flu vaccine.
2. Make an appointment to receive a flu vaccination at least seven days in advance as the shots are subject to availability of the vaccine.
3. Let Columbia Asia know that you are a Hong Leong Group employee and are entitled to a special staff price.
4. Bring along your staff ID or employee verification letter when you go for your appointment.

How to redeem for your dependents:

1. Download the template for the verification letter below.
2. Fill up the letter and have it verified and stamped by your HR representative.
3. Follow the steps below to book an appointment.

Remember: If you would like to get the flu vaccination for your children, please note that children above six months and below nine years old require two doses that need to be administered by a paediatrician. Therefore, specialist charges will apply. The second dose is typically administered one month after the first dose.

*Note: Under Hong Leong’s policy, dependents are defined as legally married spouse (for Muslim men with more than one spouse, the first wife will be considered) and up to five children who are unmarried, not working, below 21 years old and not covered by their medical insurance.
