Executive, Customer Relations

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract.

In this role, you will manage customer handover, defect coordination, and day-to-day customer interactions. You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure a smooth experience for purchasers.

This role is suited for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable handling customer issues while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests, including defect-related matters
– Coordinate and follow up on defect rectification with contractors and internal teams
– Monitor and track defect status until closure
– Support unit handover process to ensure readiness and completion
– Attend site meetings to follow up on defect progress
– Conduct customer surveys during handover
– Maintain proper records and reports for customer cases
– Work closely with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues

REQUIREMENTS
– Diploma or Degree in any discipline
– Minimum 2 years’ working experience in customer service, CRM, or property development
– Experience in property handover or defect management is preferred
– Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)
– Able to handle customer issues professionally, including face-to-face situations
– Strong follow-up skills and sense of responsibility
– Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
