Technician

We are looking for a Technician to join our facility management team at DC Mall.
Together with your team, you will ensure the building is safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Carry out daily inspection of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
– Perform repair and maintenance works for building and equipment
– Attend to breakdowns and resolve issues within required timelines
– Respond to tenant and customer complaints or requests
– Monitor contractors and report any issues
– Support the Facility Manager and Senior Executive in daily maintenance operations
– Perform basic handyman duties when required
– Record meter readings (electricity, water, LPG) accurately
– Work closely with fellow technicians to complete daily operations and repairs effectively
– Keep proper records of repair and maintenance work
– Ensure repair and rectification works are carried out within approved budget
– Carry out any other duties assigned by management

REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum SPM; Certificate in M&E is an advantage
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in building or property maintenance
– Experience in shopping mall or office environment is preferred
– Disciplined, responsible, and punctual
– Strong teamwork and willingness to support daily operations as a team
– Able to work independently when required

WORKING HOURS:
Rotational shifts:
• 8.00am – 5.00pm
• 2.00pm – 11.00pm

5 working days + 1 off day + 1 rest day
Must be willing to work weekends & public holidays
